Somehow all day I was thinking it was Wednesday. I only realized tonight that the new round started on Thursday which was yesterday! So, more apologies to one and all. Itβs not too late to join us this round. Just use todayβs thread to sign up on. Iβll add you to the challenger list tonight.

1. As we move into December and the holiday season continues, how are you deciding to move forward? Do you plan to lose, maintain or gain?
I plan to lose the bit I gained over Thanksgiving and to maintain that way.
2. Did you eat according to the GHGs Thursday?

Holiday season goals: not gain weight and hopefully be ready to lose when they end (if not before)
Did not achieve ghg's on Thursday - too much sugar

I've already lost the small amount I gained over the long Thanksgiving weekend... My weigh in is next week (I WI the first Friday of the month) so I'm going to be very watchful all week... My regular meeting is Fridays at noon, but on the first Friday of the month, I WI at 6:30 in the morning, before breakfast. And to be perfectly frank, I eat anything and everything I want for the first two weeks following my monthly WI and pay closer attention during the last two weeks (and especially the final week) before my next WI. Okay, so I don't go hog-wild during the first half of the month, but ...
I've been following SF for so many years now, that getting in the GHGs on a daily basis is second nature to me. Rene Miller (in Italy) posted somewhere that she increased her oil from 2 to 3 tsp; as I'm aging, my hip joint sometimes makes me feel like the tin man in Wizard of Oz, so I started doing almost 3 tsp a few weeks ago. I gotta say, ladies, that my hip joint bothers me SO MUCH LESS now; I'm sticking with the almost 3 tsp.

I will join you. My goal is to concentrate on eating mindfully and healthfully.
I just got home last night, so I have a lot of catching up to do.
I plan to lose between now and Christmas. I gained 1.75 lbs over the two weeks+ I was gone. I did not follow the GHGs yesterday, but today is a new day. It might be tough, as I need groceries and didn't have time to get any last night.

My holiday goal is to weigh a tad less the first of the year than I do now. I weighed in last week & it was not pretty. I am going to try to weigh in every week through Dec. I need the weekly weigh-in to keep me straight!! When I am left to my own devices, I don't do well at all. I am now up 12 lbs above my goal weight, so I sure can't afford to gain any more.
I try to do the GHGs every day except for the multi-vitamin (I am allergic), I also am really lacking in the exercise dept. Other than that, I am pretty much good to go.

I'm planning to maintain.
GHG - meet most except vitamin, exercise, oil occasionally is not met. And I continue to try to choose water vs diet pop.

Beverly, I am right there with you. Way over goal. I really want to lose between now and the end of the year. I have been rather lackadaisical this past year. Time to get back to goal.
I did pretty well on the GHGs yesterday. No vitamin, but that is pretty hit and miss for me.
