How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

Nothing to speak of yesterday and probably not much today, either. Hubby and I had our first flu shots - ever - waiting to see how they impact us if at all. Th eweather outside is getting worse so want to finish on the computer should we need to unplug from the internet. Could attend a concert at Balamand tonight - pianist with string ensemble (small group of three other players)

I had the "higher dose" flu shot they recommend for older folks here. Strangely this year I had no pain in the arm etc. My DW did have some pain from the injection but went away. Sounds like a great concert.
Yesterday I rode for 90' in my hillclimb route to Skyline Dr in the West Hills of PDX and back. Did ok after having done little in Minneapolis for 5 days except for one 1.5 mile walk all bundled up. Also walked 75' early and had a couple of brief rain showers while walking.
