No Excuses
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Most people don't have that willingness to break bad habits. They have a lot of excuses and they talk like victims.

Hmmm... found out he is a musician and am wondering in what context he said this BUT do see that many times this can be true...even if talking about food and exercise choices rather than say addictions...or choices about usage of time...

I might take a different tack to his idea. For me it is more about learning by doing that develops new habits and not "staring down the devil" of a "bad habit". Just say no is a very poor approach in my view. Say yes? Well that is another thing.
