QOTD:
What do you need to do today to ensure you are successful today?
What changes do you need to make to finish week one of this round successfully?
Have you decided to lose, maintain or gain this month?
AOTD:
What do you need to do today to ensure you are successful today?
I need to focus on the ghgs, especially getting in my liquids and limiting sweets.
What changes do you need to make to finish week one of this round successfully?
I need to continue to focus on tracking every bite, lick and taste and adding 3 more blue days. I will continue to follow the ghgs.
Have you decided to lose, maintain or gain this month?
I am still working on losing the 2 lbs I gained over Thanksgiving, so my current plan is to maintain through the holidays.

I have to try to think positive, enjoy my food choices, even though they might not be exactly what I would like. I am trying really hard to lose, I can't afford to make any more gains. My weight has been slowly creeping up for the last few years. I am going to try my hardest to get to WI every week until the end of the yr. I notice that both Christmas Day & New Year's Day fall on Tuesday this year. That is our meeting day, so I am not sure what they will do, they may change it to another day or just cancel all together. We will see.

What do you need to do today to ensure you are successful today? ** I need to plan what I'm going to eat and stay away from any not so healthy snacks and not too many of them.
What changes do you need to make to finish week one of this round successfully? ** Do some necessary grocery shopping tomorrow. I am woefully short on many things. I think my list is about a mile long.
Have you decided to lose, maintain or gain this month? ** I'm going to try to lose and at the minimum maintain.

The day is nearly gone, so my thoughts are a bit after the fact but...
Successful - tasted a new breakfast food item at work. Didn't eat the whole serving. It wouldn't have been a terrible choice, but it wasn't something I loved, so I ate my planned fruit and yogurt. Beyond that specific success, for today and every day, I need to stay focused.
Changes - I am confident in what I've been doing. However, a stumbling block for me is feeling sorry for myself (example - new and totally different request/instruction from department director today) and thinking I "deserve" sweets. Nope. Need to keep in mind I'll feel better about staying on course.
Will maintain.
