This challenge was created several years ago by people following the Weight watchers program. We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes. Success isn’t always measured at the scale. Each day, tally the positive actions that you made the day before and then talk about the challenges you are working on. Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join. If you are the first one to post each day, please copy, paste and get us started and, if you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas to following the plan.

Good morning Canners! I loved all your posts yesterday- you are wise women!Jan: kudos to you for trying those dog treats- I always wondered...
I bumped into a chocolate chip cookie the size of Alaska yesterday. I only are Fairbanks... but will not do the same today. YES I CAN: -start the day with a healthy breakfast -navigate client related stressors professionally -enjoy the journey and celebrate all my good fortunes
I am feeling a little holiday blue... my confusing religious/cultural stuff always emerges at this time of year. Trying to navigate blahs without medicating with food. Weekend waves to all- Sally

I am at least trying to limit myself to one restaurant meal a week and do better when I eat at home which is 99% of the time. at least I had just half a piece and formed the opinion I am not going out with that guy again.
YES I DID: get in a zumba with weights class yesterday and a little walking, do a great job on my presentation and pick up a much needed presentation and race it to the bank.
YES I CAN: Get in plenty of AP today! It is supposed to be nasty tomorrow so I will do an extra gym workout then and work in home office then. Morning today, lift weights and then mega hike. Tonight: Mass and free concert.
take better care of self which started last night with almost ten hours of sleep! hooray! love light and blessings janet

Good afternoon positive peepers! I've been on a Rogue One adventure the last few days. Two nights in a row, anything for my DS's birthday week LOL! Jan, no I've never tried dance, but that would be fun. We did have a wild night the other night, pouring rain all night and those winds. Part of our fence was not happy with those winds. It apparently turned to snow while we were down in Ontario at the IMAX theater last night. We had to take two vehicles down as we were the chauffeurs for some others going with us. So I drove my DS and his good friend and girlfriend. I'm happy that we decided to take the back long way home as it had started to snow, there was a mess of cars the front way stuck in the ice/snow. We passed a few crazies parked in the middle of the road trying to put on chains. People....anyway made it home slowly, safe and sound by 11:30 pm!! Adventure!! Welcome Rene! Sally sorry to hear about your mom. Prayers for her. Hoping your mood picks up. This is a very stressful time of year as it is! I just opened a secret Santa gift from one of my WW61 ladies. She told me to open it...mood lifting essential oil and burner. Nice! Yes I CAN: -stay calm, stay positive, enjoy that aromatherapy LOL! -Get more of my Christmas cards written! -Get my steps in -Keep tracking faithfully. -Eating clean today. knocking on wood! Waving to all! Last weekend before Christmas. So much to do, so little time LOL
