I am going to answer now- I will be (hopefully) having a bit of dry weather to spread some leaf mulch in my garden. It is rainy tonight and supposed to rain a bit on Sunday. Not much chance of snow here as it is in the low 50s during the day. It did get down to 30 last evening, but mostly because it was clear.

It has been cold here with temps below freezing and some wind, which makes it even colder. It sounds like it will be like this at least for the rest of the week. My daughter will be going in to town this afternoon so her son's friend can get him something for Christmas. I don't think I'll go and just stay in where it is warm. There are plenty of things I can do here at home.

I love seeing the weather reports from all the different places. Here it is in the 50s & they are saying close to 60 for Christmas Day. The weather here is always changing. The locals all say "If you don't like the weather in TN, hang around for about 30 min & it will change!" This is so true. A little rain this morning, due to clear in the afternoon. Today's plans are just to get things prepped & ready for tomorrow's celebration at my house. I have pies to make & I want to get the lasagna just ready to pop in the oven. I want to get everything ready so that I can enjoy my family tomorrow. I will have to run out to the store later for salad fixings.

The temperatures are looking pretty mild here for Monday and Christmas day - the forecast is showing low 30s, maybe a little snow on Christmas day (nothing big). Later in the week, a high chance of snow Wednesday evening into early Friday morning. Forecast isn't saying amounts yet and that far out in the future, the timing and path of snow could easily change.

I live in San Diego, where it's supposed to be sunny with pleasant weather all year long. HA! When I left the house this morning, it was in the high 40s (overnight last night was in the low to middle 40s) and then it was in the low to middle 50s most of the day. It was supposed to hit the low to middle 60s in the early afternoon, and all I can say is I was able to take off my jacket and scarf in the car (I was still wearing a warm sweater) but had to put both back on before I got home. And people say there's no such thing as global warming / climate change... (If I want snow, I can drive to it.)
We're leaving mid-day tomorrow to visit DH's widowed (aging) uncle who lives a little more than an hour from us. We'll spend the night, then DH will roast a turkey for Tuesday's dinner (DU already bought yams and some vegetables that I'll figure out how to prepare). Whether we return home Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning is still up in the air; Wednesday is our anniversary and I have three kids to tutor in the afternoon, so our anniversary dinner at a restaurant we both like may have to wait until after weigh in this year (WI is the first Friday of the month)...
