WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

YESTERDAY I did simply filling, I am going to continue First time I went on home scale where weight had gone down, first thing when I woke up. I have a lot of lean cuisine to give away. I gave 7 to Russ, I need room for peas.J

Amy, I weigh in first thing when I get up in the morning too. Which makes sense because clothes and food make such a difference in your weight! That's a bummer that you have to give away so much food for lack of space in the freezer.
Man, I overslept this morning and missed spinning! I wasn't quite out of my neighborhood when I actually looked at my car dash and saw the time: 8:20, a 25 minute drive to a 8:30 class that's only 45 minutes long. The numbers just weren't working out. I guess I'll give my gazelle a try or head over to Planet Fitness. What I reeeally want to do is go back to bed, lol!
What will she do?!?

I threw them out no-one else wanted them and so tempting to me. I am doing 60 minutes for 2 miles today. Only non simply filling aa tablespoon of peanut butter. I overslept for me but lucky I am free all day. It is hot in my apartment so turned on the air conditioner.

Finished 60 minutes on treadmill for 2 miles 4 segments. I may do some WATP.
