How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

Knee still sore but improving. Tomorrow will be spending the day with friends. Weather is stormy and people in refugee camps have died There are floods and landslides and hubby says he had to take an alternate route home as one road was covered with water. Still babying the knee in hopes of getting it well enough to start more slowly next time I begin to get ready for the Qadisha Valley trek later this year...hopefully.

Oh so sorry Cathy for your bad weather. Quite windy and rainy here today but not like you. Yesterday walk 60' and bike 45'.
