How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

It was 49F in the bedroom last night. I pity the refugees in tents with this wind, rain, snow and flooding. I am braving the elements to get together with the ladies. Hoping all will go well and roads will not be flooded. Knee is on the mend and am hopeful in a week or less I can start exercising (slowly and gently) again.

49°F 49°F??? YIKES. Need a stocking cap and more for that. We did have one down tree nearby but really not much yesterday but a little blustery. Rode bike for 35' to yoga yesterday. 60' Yoga class. Had worker bee installing a new toilet that took up some of my time.
