It's time for signups for doing the Beck Book Review:

Beck Book Review 03012017

We will start the Beck Book Review on Friday, February 24th, with the introduction. On Wednesday, March 1st, we will start with the first day of the 42 day program. We are now spread between Facebook and the Free Forums boards, when you sign up tell me which venue you will do, or if you will do both.

Judy, sounds like I need to buy the pink book since I'm not sure if the Diet Trap Solution is exactly the same. I haven't done this before with this group so can you tell me how the review works? Do you write out what we will discuss or just refer to a particular page, that kind of thing? I'd prefer not to buy the book but I will if I need to. Thanks.

For you to follow along you probably can do that without the book. We do little topic write-ups and the ideas are generally the same as the book you have. You can always go to Amazon.com look up the book and click on it. You can then read some of it. If you have phrases or certain words you can search in it although a bit of it isn't accessible.

You can often get a used copy on Amazon for not too much money. But as I said you probably can follow the discussion and you can always ask questions.

Judy, I will be overseas the first half of March so I can't sign up this time but I hope to follow along while I am gone as best I can. for some reason the last reading was during a trip too. One of these days I hope to home the entire read through!

ETA: I will try to follow along with what is required for signing up so that I can pitch in later this year!
