I believe this...even if it takes a little while to get back on track...
Bob - have not been to a gym in a LONG time. Don't overdo if you do go back...take it easy or you might end up like I did sitting things out for a bit.

Yes. absolutely right Cathy. I don't need more setbacks. My right shoulder is doing pretty good right now.
