Good morning, Tried to upload a pic of the card I am making but it is too large and I found myself taking too much time trying to figure out how to fix it. I am still working on them, it is a production line type of thing. There are several parts to the card and I finally learned the easiest way to make them is to do one part at a time then put them together. So I will work on it again today.
My ankle is better but I need to keep the brace on to reduce the pain. CB's: Boxes and stacks of things around the main floor from decorating (should be easier today since I can get up and down the stairs)
Other list: Finish putting up greens Shop for 3 gifts (friend leaving for the holiday I need to get gifts to) Put ornaments on tree Start thinking about what I need from store for Christmas Eve snacks

Good Late Afternoon,
I am returned for about 1 hour from the out of town singing event. Then DD and I need to head out to the mall....may the force be with us for parking....as we are to watch her friend who is dancing nightly/has a part in the Holiday Snow Flake Lane event at a big mall/shopping center. Tomorrow is supposed to be crazy, cause they have a celebrity appearing with them, it's not raining, today, and so even though we just got home, we'll go out and "get 'er done" tonight.
Cathy, I'm sorry you hurt your ankle and hope it's not bad. It gives you excuse to sit and work on your cards, right? I hear you on the assembly line, that's kind of how I do it too.
MIchelle, You are simply a dynamo!! Usually getting things done, a CB list too, you are doing really well!! Great work on the bookkeeping!
The singing event was held by DD's singing teacher who teaches every other week here locally, but does the majority of her teaching out of her studio in the town where she's from. So that is why we made the trek up North. It was worth it though. They singing event was held a very cozy, holiday decorated, old hall in the town. It was so cool to watch different singers, ages 10 to 65, probably 30 of them, perform holiday songs. They all are at different stages of development, have different voices, styles. I so loved all of it. DD did a good job by the way despite wanting to not go on and positive she would "suck". Which she didn't, she did great. I had to boost her up and I'm just glad she was one of the first. The holiday play in the town, done in a very old theater...so cute/funny too. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel it was very fun.
I won't be able to work on anything until tonight or tomorrow, I'm pretty tired right now.

Not too sure about today.
I had a plan which did not materialize.
Accomplishments: - Trip to HD for project supplies - Helped DH buy some new hiking boots--Glad we could find the replacement pair at the first store. - Installed the extremely attractive key hanging thing in the K so that the spare car keys can be put somewhere - Decided to figure out the house key situation. After a long protracted thing we figured out who needed what keys to have complete sets. I wouldn't mind having someone come out and key everything the same. Anyway called DD to bring her keys so we can make a trip to the locksmith to work on the key fiasco. Actually I am kind of excited about this--another area almost decluttered and straightened up. - Got my drop stops installed in the new car. I am proud of this because it is a typical item I would put off until something dropped between the seats and then....... - Installed some bath hardware
CB'd - old bath hardware - at least 20 keys to now nonexistent things like cars, bike locks on and on. Now the pile of mystery keys are gone. Hooray for that!
Sounds like a boring day but actually it was fun. Found a ladies purse and made absolutely sure it was turned into the appropriate employees at the store. I hope she figures out where she left it. She was trying on shoes and then I noticed she had left her purse when her boyfriend and she left. Also bought some wool socks so that I can keep my feet warmer. Need to go through and categorize them and the ones I already have so that I know which ones are just for work etc.
Cathy, Glad you ankle is better and hope you were able to get the shopping done.
Z, That singing event sounds wonderful! It must be delightful to have a DD with musical talent. Sounds like you had a really good time. Hooray!!! You made me laugh about the parking situation at the mall.
Not too sure about tomorrow. This cold, 5 degrees this a.m.,is a force to be reckoned with. Dog walking is not exactly fun in this type of weather but I forge onward twice a day churning out lemonade with these frigid lemons.

Good Afternoon,
Wow, so much fun stuff to read about here! MIchelle, that key situations, although they are small, there was a lot to go through and you DID IT!!! Hooray, sounds like a you got a system in place/mind going as well to manage them, Yay.
I was like, "What's a "drop stop" in a car??" Then I read further, interesting, are those generic, do they interfere with electric back/forth seat adjustment/s? Sounds like a good idea.
You were a Guardian Angel about the purse. I'm sure they will retrace their steps and locate it and be thankful!
Truth: I'm still in my bath robe and it's almost 2:00 PM. But I finished reading my girlfriends "pre-release" book, I'm not supposed to give out details, it will be coming out in April 2017, more then. Fantastic book, friend or no, a memoir. So that ate up my morning.
DH and DS returned home, I have put most of the entry way drop zone carp away. Carp is my word for crap BTW from WW board old days, now bad words...haha.
Then I'm going to address Christmas cards and make some crafts and set craft stuff out in hopes DD will come make a few things for gifts as well. I will leave the crafts out tonight and tomorrow and see what we can be accomplished.
I have a taker on DD's desk and chair they will pick it up on Wednesday! I will have to remove it before tomorrow though because DD's next organization appointment is tomorrow morning.
My foot was killing me, then I realized I had not done any stretches since Wednesday. Just cannot get away with that!
Have a great day!
ToDos: -laundry reboot/put away -shower -crafts/cards -DS haircut -DD to youth group by 5:45 PM

Excellent day for me!
Accomplishment: - All that bookkeeping is done!!! I was determined to get it out of my life and out of my craft room. That is a major part of the paper tiger for me. Hooray!!!! It is all boxed up and the paper part is loaded in my car. Just need to have DH take the computer/printer in the morning to his office. Such a load off my mind.
CB'd - Five accounting boxes of that bookkeeping and supplies and the computer/printer - Went through my seriously ancient stash of wool socks that I hadn't worn in years and CB'd six pairs, also two pairs of leggings - One chair cushion
Z, Glad you took some time off for good behavior! My dream is to spend just part of one day reading a book. So I am glad one of us CBers did that! Looking forward to seeing how your crafting with DD goes. Also can't wait to hear about the next organizational round!
Those stop drops got installed after my keys went down between the seat and console--such a nightmare to get them out. Anyway they don't seem to interfere with anything but not too sure that would be true for all vehicles. Also no gunk is unreachable when cleaning so that is a plus.
Right now I am doing my monthly hair beautification project and am going to knock off early tonight.
BTW, I like the work carp and have started using it because it describes so much of this stuff appropriately. Ha Ha
We are doing great!!!! I just love this time of year and all the Christmas music. Not really stressed--maybe a major storm is brewing but I don't think so.
A couple more days of projects are piled up in my craft room--not taking up physical space, just mental. I want to get them done and then I am going to sit down and do a watercolor. I can't wait!!!!!
Tomorrow--Appointment and errands.
Onward>>>>>>>>>>

oh my.....don't know if I mentioned that yet "another" bag showed up in the mail for DH. I said nothing, I simply asked where it was put. I was in so many words, yet politely, "don't worry about it, I put away..." sort of MYOB. Now, tonight, I was told/asked, "I'm looking for a black back pack. I had another one. The one I'm using for work, the zipper has broken, I had another one." Body language said, "What did you do with my bag, was it tossed?" In a nut shell, he was going to start tearing through stuff willy nilly, I showed him the totes in the garage, new stuff vs. old stuff, the labeling, and said I had emptied a large tote under his work bench to hold the bags from out closet and it was probably in that, which it was. In short, he has really "seen" now all the totes now and the labeling, "heard" that more room had to be made for storing the excess and "knows" that did not chuck his stuff. We shall see.....onward!

Z, I am so glad that your organizational idea panned out! It's wonderful that you had an idea where it was at and the confidence to know it was probably there. Hooray!!! Five gold stars awarded*****and a few smiley faces to boot !!! Thanks for the pats on the back over that bookkeeping. I appreciate it.
