How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

OK Monday I rode 60' in wetland trails. Walked 75' early monday. Tuesday Rode bike 35' to Yoga. Yoga class 60'. Rode bike 20' to my primary Dr. and working on my gagging phlegm issues. They had done a good job with fiberoptic scope at ER on Sat and my epiglottis was ok. Sooo trying mucinex, and steam to head etc to see if can make it less thick etc.
