How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. I think knee is well enough to try some air walker or elliptical time in the basement. Think I will head down to the basement later today, start a new book and set the timer and do a few minutes at a time...
Bob: sorry about the viscous vicious mucous - hope they figure out how to make it more manageable. I would imagine the worst time to deal with that sort of thing would be at night when trying to sleep.

True enough Cathy. I am trying some simple regimens for a couple of weeks and see how they help. Yesterday I rode for 70' and walked 75'. Hope your knee is doing better.
