How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

Knee was cranky...didn't do much after all yesterday. Today I think we are going to go for a drive...see if we can find out what I need to do to renew my driver's license. It seems the state now wants blood test verified by a doctor, a doctor's release of health and more...all that will cost money to get. I know my blood type, my eyes are fine for driving, etc...ways for the govt "accredited" offices/doctors to make money? Argh

Ugggh. Rode bike to yoga yesterday for 45' and did 60' yoga class.
