WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

i did 4 miles 30 min treadmill and 60 minute s of WATP in 5 segments.1821 calories is good to lose if I dot least light activity. Cleaner is coming st 1030 in 2 hours. I think i will lie down.

THERE Are 45 weeks to January. If I stay on simply filling and maintain exercise I think I can lose 1 lb a week and get to my goal of 155.

I hit my 10K step at 11:00 this morning. I've walked 5 miles so far and am up to 13,322 on the steps. More to come.

I am so satisfied. Go food shopping tomorrow. I need someone to take the couch out. The building is fighting bedbugs. I want my trust to pay for a futon made of microfiber which I can put on a bed bug cover. I ordered it on QVC as a check for her if she agrees for it. I got 13,000 steps before I took my fitbit off to charge.i have a thin mattress sleeping on floor and waiting for the couch to leave.
