I ran across this and it's pretty good: 30 oz water 2 teaspoons magnesium citrate (plain or flavored, sold as a laxative but you're not using enough to cause that kind of body response - you're using less than 1/2 an ounce, a dose is half a bottle or 5oz: Each fluid ounce contains: Magnesium 199 mg)) 1/4 teaspoon mortons lite salt (if you're on a potassium sparring medication or if you have to restrict potassium, ask your doctor) I add flavor:1 packet crystal light, true lemon or whatever flavor enhancer you like OR lemon juice, lime juice, muddled fruit - you get the picture lol.Shake well and sip throughout the day. For the magnesium citrate: Warnings Ask a doctor before use if you have: Kidney disease A magnesium restricted diet A sodium restricted diet Stomach pain, nausea or vomiting Noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts more than 1 week If you need to see what magnesium citrate is, here's an example: walgreens magnesium citrate
