How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

OK gotta get caught up. Friday I finally rode my hilly ride up to skyline loop for 90' and walked 75' early. Overdid it riding to Skyline and had to get HR down later. I drank extra water with electrolyte and had a dollop of blackstrap molasses which is also high in potassium. Not sure about all that but my HR came down from 80 bpm to 70bpm and I felt better. 67bpm by bedtime and maybe 64bpm later. I think I should have ridden slower and consumed more fluid even though theoretically I did enough fluid. Saturday walked 75' and somehow lost a tiny light I was carrying and had stopped using along the way. I rode about 90' looking for the light and going to REI to replace the light. Sunday rode 70' to WW meeting and rode a second ride to Writer's Mill (group of writer's meeting) where I shlepped all the snacks on my bike. About 40 more minutes to go to Writer's Mill.
