How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. Not much to share...today I am going to Beirut and the trip will take at least 30 extra minutes as we will have to detour around a tunnel that is collapsing. Going to the birthday of someone turning 90. Never been to one of those before

Oh my ! I wrote a poem which was included in an anthology for a woman who just turned 90. The mum is the mum of our leader in the writer's club and we self-published it with her pict on the cover. She is amazing. Yesterday I rode 40' to Yoga class and did 60' of yoga. Kinda tired.
