Good Morning, Snow Angels, Desert Angels, Callie-Angels and all other Angels:
No snow accumulation here overnight but a snow squall just blew thru. Haven't yet been out to see what's there to shovel. It is seriously windy out there. Maybe it'll just blow off the driveway! The birds are very busy feeding outside my window. Such entertainment.
Pat, did you get dumped on (blizzard)?
I noted some activity on the Insight Timer App from Anetta, so she is, presumably, okay.
Daily Affirmation: I think, speak, and move with grace. Fitness Goal: one-hour Tai Chi class plus some UB strength-training. This evening: PT exercises and stretches. Health Goal: to develop a healthy relationship with food that will serve me for the rest of my life. Gratitude: Spring is only 35 days away.

Greetings to all! Thank you for starting the thread today Suzanne. We did get a blizzard Thursday/Friday, a couple inches Saturday, and more yesterday! Old Man Winter is making up for all that mildness. We may get more this week. It looks like Vermont and New Hampshire are going to get hammered today. Thank you for the news about Anetta, hopefully all is well. Sometimes we all need a break from social media. Affirmation - I am warm and cozy. Fitness Report - cardio and weights for upper and lower body. Health Goal - eat clean tonight and do not snack this afternoon unless it is fruit and I'm really hungry. Gratitude - being dug out and free from car accidents.
