Heart & Mind...not sure which decides first...both should be in synch I would think?
Failure to do something...I am guessing...something one promised to do. The promise could be to someone else or to self but it was neglected or not done or whatever. Was it failure or choice and if choice was it the mind or heart that decided?

BOB - My scale died in 1999 about ten or fifteen pounds from goal weight. I could not find a scale I liked in pounds and refused kilo scales so...waited. I did not gain but the scale I had was definitely not accurate. The new one continued with me till I reached goal but it gave up the ghost, too. I have one I like now and just need to change the battery once in awhile. I liked the visual of murdering the scale
