How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

Knee still has a sore spot that hurts only when in the wrong position or I move incorrectly or push on it or something. Different each day but not going to test it by walking. Not home today...hopefully by next week I will get it together and do something more than lie about resting my knee...need to go to the basement and play with dumbbells perhaps? We will see...not today, though.
BOB: Glad you are doing okay with the gym. My brother-in-law went due to knee pain and now has other pain from lifting...think he doesn't realize he is nearly 80.

I did an unbelievably wimpy workout that was just one set and something like 1/2 the weight I could maybe lift. Will do a pinch more today. Yesterday I rode 50' to yoga class for 60' of yoga. Oh and I mowed the lawn for another 45' too. Sad that I am mowing in January but mostly rather mild and lots of 50s lately. Then sgain I am a young 73 year old.
