WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

I do not have the energy to exercise today. Happy Valentines day. I got up early and was very hungry. I et half tablespoon of peanut butter on 4 slices of healthy life 35 calories a piece of bread. I eat that early in the morning. I ave the peanut butter with my diet cocoa swiss miss 3 of them for 900 grams of calcium.This is where I et the banana too. I have 6 courses left after the first 4 courses when I wake up.

Amy, I hope you get comfortable sleeping arrangements fast! 13, 000 is a lot of steps. No wonder you are not feeling like exercising yet this morning.

i decided to do 60 minutes total in 4 segments. 3 miles 30 on treadmill in 2 segments for 1 mile. 2 segments of WATP for 2 miles. I did that today while exhausted and it is so difficult sleep on the floor.

Wow Amy, what a nuisance! Sorry about the bedbug problem! WTG on exercising today in spite of your tiredness and everything else going on! Hope you get your futon!

Happy V'day to all! I'll be celebrating (?) by going to the gym for spinning and lifting weights, lol! There's a rumour about an extended spinning class tonight? Guess I'll find out!

my trust won't pay so I have to use my couch bed which the manager said was fine, So at least I am not on floor and got a good nap,
