Credit for continuing to do the program every day. Maybe not at 100% every day but still tracking, planning, walking and coming to my WW meeting and here for support. Feeling much gratitude that I've been successful at staying at goal for over 3 years.

I give myself credit for weighing daily, reading and posting, exercising, meditating, tracking, eating mindfully, planning for the next day. I am grateful to you all for your insights and inspiration.

I give myself credit for losing 1.2 lbs last week,continuing to track,exercise and stay OP and pushing the water.

Stayed on program for the week, got to the meeting, and kept up here and on FB. Really like doing this, enjoy the results. Am grateful for my body and the things it allows me to do.

Good morning everyone,
credit 1. Weighing myself for monitoring 2. Cooking healthy meals. Reducing eating out 3. Not stress eating during remodeling 4. Getting back to tracking. Portion control has lead to weight gain 5. Slowly reducing sugar 6. Still fasting 12 hours between dinner and breakfast next morning
gratitude 1. My family, friends and all of you 2. No major health issues in our family or friends right now 3. Remodeling going on schedule and loving results so far

Grateful for a place to stay connected.
Credit for managing a week of food at work by mostly ignoring it. Credit for staying positive and working the plan.

Gratitude: - Wake-up call at doctor's office: my labs were good and my health is good. Quit complaining about small stuff!
- Having DH in my life. Would be miserable otherwise.
- Having you all as friends/sounding board. I can brag here and you don't take it wrong.
Colleen -- I like that tactic of managing temptation by ignoring food. Hold tight to your plan! I need to try that a little more.
