How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

Nothing to report...knee was seeming better then started in again. Worst is at night when I turn over and realize it doesn't want to straighten out without pain...ah well...this too shall pass. I did think of not doing anything yesterday and got up to do some wall pushups a few minutes ago. Might set the timer to do upper body exercises every once in awhile...maybe?

I seemed to do ok with the gym stuff on Wed. Yesterday I rode to YOGA so did 45' of riding and 60' of yoga.
