I avoid eating protein bars except as emergency snacks when I am traveling. But when they taste like the delicious Rocky Road, I will be in. I'm in a WW private group that has been inundated with Built bar posts. I don't care what you say folks, this is not food.
Well, it's not a meal, but it is food because you do ingest it. I think these are more of a snack item and snacks are food. I personally don't think they are a particularly good snack item because they are not filling, but I have tried them so at least I feel comfortable forming a personal opinion about them. I certainly wouldn't crave them and I certainly wouldn't recommend them. If I need a chocolate fix, I would rather grab a Hershey's kiss than one of these items.

I do like the Quest protein bar for a snack every other day but it would never satisfy me for a meal.I eat them for the fiber(not the protein)because of my IBS-C and it usually helps.
I do like the Quest bars and I will eat them for breakfast if nothing else sounds good. A Quest bar and some fruit works as a quick breakfast for me.
