How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

Shopped and did some tidying yesterday - not what I intended but did come home with new device with three interchangeable tops that can make it a blender, her chopper or spice/coffee grinder...after ruining the decades old one by accidentally leaving a spoon in it...a metal spoon. The new blades have upward and downward blades and also smooth and serrated blades - something called Moulinex triple ax? Anyway...kind of neat. So...smoothies in the future and frappacinos in summer and who knows what else AND I can grind coffee beans again. Funny thing is that I now have a food processor, mini-processor that came with the wand blender and now a tiny herb chopper...kind of like mama, papa and baby blenders ... don't think you can put liquid in the mini one, though?
So...since it is a new month I will set a goal...since the overall goal is that trek through the Qadisha this year:
20 (wrote 30 first...need to be realistic) minutes (doing something/anything) times 5 days a week = 100 minutes per week
100 minutes per week x 4 weeks = 400 minutes
the hope is to get the 30 in instead of the 20 but...will stick with the 20 and hope I won't come up in March thinking 10 would have been better.
BOB: Great that you are doing the gym and not having any trouble!
