* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. This one hit home...at first I was thinking, "Why sacrifice anything...have it in less quantity or whatever..." Then thought about "what I want" and to get what I want I will have to sacrifice. What you ask?
* I want to walk the Qadisha Valley with my daughter - it is 10kilometers - I will sacrifice that if I am not fit for the journey * I want to lose weight - if I don't sacrifice calories now for the weight I want in the future I will not reach that goal weight in the future. * I want to write a book - if I don't sacrifice time I use not-writing now I will never write a book * I want a cleaner house - if I don't use the time to clean (instead of say sitting in front of the computer) I will not have a cleaner house.
And...the list goes on...
