Happy Sunday. I slept well, just not enough LOL. Feel pretty good, though. Hopefully all that nasty coughing and sneezing is gone. I took a WalMart brand sinus pill and for some reason (probably because I never had that brand before) it seemed to do the trick.
Will pop back in later.

Good Morning, WW Friends ~
Happy Sunday!! I went to bed at the usual 10 p.m. and slept until 7, so I feel very rested and ready to face the day. We have had a light breakfast of Bagel Thins and fresh fruit since we are going to an earlier than usual lunch due to our Retrouvaille presentation. We begin at 2 after an hour drive (which cuts into our lunch time) and end at 6 (which is our usual supper time) then we have that same hour drive back home. We are predicted to have some snow late this afternoon, so we haven't made any concrete plans for supper. I may take a couple of grilled turkey burger patties out of the freezer just in case we come home hungry.
Ann ~ I am so glad that you are feeling better. Lucky that the sinus pills did the trick!
My plans to "eat light" at the tea house went awry yesterday, as I had a cup of the soup of the day, a slice of Quiche Lorraine, and then a friend and I split a dessert (which I didn't need). But it was fun and fun was why we went there. We also did some shopping in the Tea House shops and I came home with a new red hat as well as a silky scarf fabric poncho. I am planning to wear both to our Red Hat Days in Frankenmuth in April.
BBL. Make a great day!!

Sue your purchase sounds great. Wear the in good health.
It's sunny but windy here in town. I am all planned and tracked and think I'll spend the day inside. I don't want to wear myself out LOL.
Wishing AWF a wonderful Sunday. Until tomorrow............

Good Sunday to all!
I was lazy yesterday and didn't do much, including posting here, other than clean bathrooms and make dinner. I got quite a bit of reading done. I didn't realize what a long book Outlander is, compared to what I usually read.
DSIL helped drain a pond at work which just happened to be filled with bream and sac-a-lait (crappie to you Yankees), so we are having a fish fry today with DD1 & family and DD2. Jude is also bringing a friend. We are planning a late lunch. It will apparently be a carb-loaded meal, as someone wants mac & cheese and someone else wants tator tots. DH also wanted corn, but I said green beans would be better. He has opted to let the kids decide, knowing they much prefer corn to green beans, I'm sure. That man! I think I will stick with a salad. I have a German Chocolate cake in the oven for the dessert.
We donated blood after Mass this morning. There was big excitement just before we got there. A man passed out and then got upset stomach. While they were dealing with him, his wife also fainted--with a cup of orange juice in her hand, which spilled everywhere. Our donation was much less dramatic. My BP was abnormally low (89/50) so I asked her to take it again. 103/57 was the second reading, still a bit low for me, but not as concerning. We have finished prepping for company and are enjoying a last cup of coffee before the grandkids descend upon us.
Judy- I figured out what you were trying to say to me, lol. I know you will be happy to get that bathroom finished. My DH has decided that we should hire out the jobs he dislikes and that is fine with me. Life is too short at this point to spend time doing something that is not enjoyable.
Sue - Wishing you and DH safe travels today. Your Retrouvaille work is so important. Your new poncho sounds lovely.
Ann - Glad you are feeling better! A day of rest is just what you need.
I'll check back later to see what's going on.

Hi all, Happy Sunday night. We are due for a snowstorm tonight so we’ll see what tomorrow’s commute to work looks like! Big sigh...I hate snow driving! I’m boo hooing because with the holiday tomorrow, many folks including my DH have the day off. But not poor old me. Lol
I grocery shopped for a “few” things but many more items jumped into my cart as I planned meals on the fly. I cooked a pork loin roast and also made a big pot of 0 pt turkey Chile that was o. The WW site. We had clam chowder for lunch.
Sue your red hat and poncho sound cute. I’ll bet red is your color! Hope you had a good trip home today from your presentation and that you weren’t caught in a snowstorm.
Ann,glad you are feeling better.
I had my weekly call with my WW coach today. This week, my goals are to continue to watch portions and to get moving. Hopefully the weather will allow me to get to the water aerobics Monday or Tuesday night.
Today we worked to clean up our basement room and get things back to normal after the wastewater outtake pipe replacement job. Unfortunately, we had a rust stain in a sectional sofa in the TV room there. The stain was from the leaky cast iron pipes. I tried to get the stain off the slipcover with a vinegar solution I found on the internet but it failed. In the end if we can’t just flip the cushion over,we will replace the slip covers as I can order new ones. I threw them all into the wash in a gentle cycle. It’s not a big deal, but the it’s a nice extra room for relaxing.
I had had a great hour long call with my NC nephew today, too. He is a psychologist in Durham and about the nicest guy on the planet. He’ll be up to visit this summer. Also, he is excited about having a new home built. First home and it’ll be finished in the summer. My brother would have been so proud of him.
Have a good night all.
