Yesterday there were more Greeks than any other country represented at lunch. There were three Greek, two Americans and one ill French woman...why she came when too sick to work eluded me all day and as my nose runs today I hope this is allergies and not whatever she brought to the house. The meal was moussakka, onion pie, salad, taramosalata, tzatziki, and maybe something else? Dessert was baklava. Two or more were not there at all and we left early as the Greeks were tired of playing cards and wanted to talk.
Hubby is looking for the insurance papers for the cars because he needs to have the old car towed but if he can't find the insurance papers he can't have it towed. SO...he is going to the post office to see if they have information on their computers about the insurance? Whatever!
CHERRY: I just looked...the walk that did my knee in was a one mile walk the first of January. I thought it was getting better but it wasn't and now it seems better...that is what...6 weeks or so? WOW...it should be healed by now and even though sometimes sore think I will start some form of exercise no matter what! Sorry about your tooth!
BEVERLY: We are falling apart! You with your sore foot, me with my knee and Cherry with her tooth. I need to see the dentist as the inlay put back for the third time is missing some of the porcelain and has been for a LONG time so the inner tooth is exposed. I have a feeling it will need a crown as will another tooth and perhaps the two old crowns will need to be replaced due to gum recession that comes with age.
PAM: Poor puppy! Is she in a cone of shame or are you having her wear a t-shirt to keep her from nibbling on sutures?
LYNN: Hooray for retirement papers being turned in AND for naps!

Good morning friends!
We are off to Evansville today. DH will let me off at the casino & I will drop a few quarters!! Always fun, though I never win. I just take a small amount of money with me, as I know I am going to lose it. We will have lunch out. Evansville is right on the banks of the Ohio river. Hope there is no flooding. I have checked & all the roads are open, so I guess it's ok.
Great day all!

Good morning. It is still cold here and I'm getting really tired if this February. It is 10 below and there is a wind, making the wind chill -37. It snowed again yesterday but not a lot. I don't have any place to go today, unless I go up after the mail. Tomorrow I go to Minot for my clinical studies appointment.
I got all my laundry done yesterday, so today I'll work on getting my kitchen cleaned. There is stuff gathering on the counter tops that needs to be put away.
Have a nice day, beaches.

Hello!!
In work today..two weeks to go....getting excited...I am training someone to do the calendar, ordering etc... I will turn everything over to him next week, so I can monitor him as he does it.
Nothing much else to report. DH has a cat scan today, so I hope it comes out well. No sense worrying until you have to...
Have a great day!

Went to a studio and celebrated destroying 3 lbs and entering a new decade! Refocused on KOKO doing what I know works. Luckily dh brought home a dozen red roses and an edible arrangement of fresh fruit! No chocolate!
Hope everyone has a quiet evening full of love and reasons to smile.
