What are you willing to do today to stay positive, focused, and committed to managing or losing your weight?

I am willing to be willing. Have been in the ZONE all day!
Now, if I could just remember to drink my water.
Hope ALL have a great day tomorrow.

I must plan meals for a grocery shopping list. Not sure what our stormy weekend will be like. We had a heavy downpour yesterday afternoon and luckily I was visiting with LilyBelle at a neighbor ‘s. Her BIL and SIL from Winnipeg were here this week and missed their dog so everyone was happy. Anyway the sky opened while we were there and we left when it ended. I am babysitting Theo and Hayes at their home at 6. Yesterday I made chocolate covered strawberries dipped in sprinkles. I plan on very healthy eating except for pasta last night, lots of water and moving.

Bee j Great job parking "it" in the zone all day. My first WW leader use to tell us just commit to one [insert whatever] than you did last week or yesterday.
Ann Rotisierre chicken is perfect for those too- tired- to cook nights. It is tasty, affordable, and healthy. My gain was .8. Know why and know what's next-- so it is all good!
Audrey Glad that your mammogram is over and done. Good to get that reassurance.
Pam Hope that you enjoyed your early late Valentine's Day dinner and you saw "blue" at the day's end.

Good morning June, Bee, Audrey, Ann. Becky - we would love to have you join us!
Bee - Did you find your aware glasses? The food looked so good and Theo and Nora are adorable,, Audrey Oops Ann. At least your doctor will be happy! What did I miss about mom June? I'll go back later to catch up. Off to walk Charlie and feed the ferals. I think I will take a later class at the gym or just do cardio since yesterday's weight class was killer and back to back is not smart. I've got my day planned, but need to track and possibly tweak a bit. Making a veggie platter for Family Fued night at the district Elks gathering.

Audrey, glad LilyBelle was able to bless the visitors. Those chocolate covered strawberries looked good. Pasta is my downfall also.
Ann, oh come on, when you say 'don't ask' then my curiosity muscle really kicks in. LOL BUT I do understand. Yesterday was my reset day.
Susi, just drank some water and stayed away from anything I should not have. Even went grocery shopping and spent less than $20.00, as nothing looked good. Did get some avocados. I am set for a few days. May look for the AWARE glasses today.

Good morning all. Yes I am hitting that re-set button. Bee to answer your question it was a total day of grazing...and not on point friendly stuff......and the foods that were I was NOT AWARE of portion sizes...it was more like if it's ONE BAG then it's ONE PORTION! Today will be different! Need to make a pit stop to WalMart as we never got there yesterday. Also woke up with a case of the sniffles. Not sure if it's allergies, sinus or a cold...GRRRRRR Wishing AWF a good OP Saturday...myself included

Can I just say I am glad pasta is not a favorite of mine. Overload as a child and young adult has paid off in later life. Good job on the water Bee! Not sure Ann, but I am a bit sniffly this morning as well. June - Hope OTC or something stronger from the doctor prevents an ER trip. I think we may have lost one of the ferals. Ginger often disappears for a few days but he has been gone for nearly a week. I would be very sad but, alas, that is the life of a feral. At least we made his life better than most ferals.

Ann 'Nuff said! If you do not mind, I will keep you company in the reset zone.
Audrey Nice that you could spread so much cheer and love this Valentine's week. Bet that next week's dinners will include lots of lean protein and vegetables. Maybe your DH will make his beer can chicken.
Bee j That happens. Although the trip was easy on the pocketbook, you probably would have ready have had "something" fresh & appealing. I felt that way yesterday when I popped into a store to pick up a few items for my parents. Usually the result is that I go home and forage in my freezer and cupboards. Could explain why the frozen carton of bean soup is on the menu for today's lunch.
Susi
Pasta can be tricky. Would be easy to overeat for some. Myself, I like to have 3/4 - 1 cup when I think to eat it. That's enough for me. I always laugh when I think that my dad, who is 100% Ukrainian, usually orders spaghetti & meatballs. We have great Italian restaurants & pizza joints locally where nonnas' recipes for sauce and such are offered.
You and your sister gave Ginger a better life than he would have had otherwise. Thank goodness there are animal lovers like you.

Okey dokey Time to eat breakfast or make another cup of tea. Will grade a few papers and finish laundering while R is visiting his friend this morning.
Not sure what we are doing later. R may be helping our neighbor set traps on our property for coyotes. Three families near us had free-ranging chickens--it's a fad here--and have inadvertently drawn predators to our area. Uhm... now there are no chickens.
Last week, we saw a massive coyote and a smaller on in the backyard.
