(((Susi))) sorry about Ginger being gone. I know that is the life of a feral and I know that you made her life much more pleasant just being there and taking care of him. As I said a thousand times...I WISH pasta wasn't a favorite of mine You are lucky! June I also admire your restraint on pasta consumption. Yes do join me in the AWARENESS ZONE....I need the company Funny your talk about coyotes...we had three in our yard yesterday...they were all good size. Rachel just makes 'kitty noises' at them when she is on her perch. LuLa is not fazed one way or the other LOL. My day is tracked and planned. We are having pot roast for supper and I'll work my other meals around it.

DD delivered fresh homemade tater soup this morning, so of course I had to cook some bacon. Then son shared this with me. LOL Yep, that is about all the crunches I am able to do.

I've heard that there are coyote but have never seen them here. We do have red fox. Love it Bee! Love my bacon too! Ann - I hope they aren't around when you are walking Lula. Way to get a plan going.
I am not sure what is going on on the Food Network but the voice over of the commercials is not matching the video. It's pretty funny!
Going to go skin some wingettes for dinner and cut up veggies for Family Feud tonight at the Elks. I did budget for 2 of Helen's amazing short bread cookies and 2 glasses of wine

Iām planning and tracking every bite. Iām continuing to up my liquid intake and up my steps. Definitely aiming for a blue day.

Thanks for all the welcomes ladies.
Audrey I'm glad you got your mammo done.Your chocolate covered strawberries look so good.Enjoy your evening with Theo and Hayes.
Ann I know that don't ask reset button.
June I hope your mom is better.I hear coyotes in our pasture but I have never seen one up close. That bacon is the only crunches I will ever do.I like that picture.
Susi Your evening sounds like fun.Enjoy.Has your brother come in yet or is that later?I'm sorry about Ginger but you are so good to the ferals.
Bee Wow I have never gotten out of the grocery store for less than $20.
Ann That is why I buy individual sizes for snacks.I don't trust myself.I hope you feel better soon.
Pam Enjoy your sunny day.
It is cloudy and 51 degrees here which of course makes it feel cooler with the wind.We went to a funeral for a much older cousin of mine this morning. He was maybe 20 years older than me and although they had moved not too far from us we weren't close but I wanted to go for his wife.I used to see them in the grocery store and WM quite often.
I am willing to stay OP,drink my water and do 2 rounds on my recumbent bike today(if I don't decide to walk instead of the 2nd round).I started back on Points Plus on itrackbites yesterday so getting used to a new amount of points but so far I'm liking it.
Have a great day all and thanks for being so nice and supportive.

Ann Pot roast is doable when you work around it sa you are. I do not eat it often, but I enjoy it when I do. Honestly, I do not tend to do well w/ open bags of any snack food. Maybe it is because there were too few snacks when I was a child and we had to eat fast and furious to get what we could.
Bee j Toooooooo cute. Made me chuckle. Am not why why, but bacon does not taste as good as it use to taste. That said, I think 3-4 pieces of bacon are quite doable on WW plan. I may have one or two pieces w/ eggs at a restaurant. At home, I may use 3-4 if I want a BLT. More often than not, I would rather have a BLT w/o the B. odd, right? K Susi Enjoy your winglets! Have fun at your Elks' event.
Pam So nice to have some quality time together. I foresee other "us time" coming. Stay true to the blue!
Texan Sorry to hear about the passing of your cousin. Having the family support means a great deal during difficult times. Even if you are a mess at a funeral, the presence of others is a comfort. Sending you a warm hug. PP was a solid WW program. I especially liked the good health guidelines. They were practical and made so much sense to me. I more or less follow the GHGs even though I am on FreeStyle. Do what works for you and your life. That's what matters.
We really are happy to add to the group. So I am glad that you felt welcomed.
