June, my cousin and her hubby are at the Nascar thingie in Fl. I love meatloaf, but I don't cook it. I have a phobia about keeping my hands out of ground meat.
Ann, good for having a day that you're proud to repeat!
Audrey, I live in a perpetual state of purging at my house. Have fun!
Susi, enjoy what seems like a well planed day.
Good for you, Lorelei! I agree, our wild imaginations present scenarios that hardly ever come to pass. Glad your Mom was able to stay in the water that long. I used to do water therapy, so I know the benefits of it.
I am willing to be willing, willing to drink my water, willing to accept no more delivered food from my family --- otherwise known as the Salt Kings/Queens.
Got my AWARE glasses on and going forth!
Hope AWF have a great day!

Popping in again. Still on the fence about going out to look for bathroom stuff. It's windy out there, so I won't be walking outside, that's for sure. Even with the sunshine, that wind tend to go right through me. I'm leaning toward a chocolate brown for the master bath...not sure about the second bath yet. Time will tell. I will just 'wing it' and decide at the spur of the moment. Meals are planned and tracked. Always a nice feeling. Now to STICK TO IT Take care all and chat tomorrow.

June It does sound like you have a good day planned.
Ann Good for you on the OP day yesterday.I am glad you aren't sneezing as much.
Susi I'm glad you enjoyed Family Feud especially since you won.Enjoy your walk with Charlie and spin.I hope you can decide if your current church is for you.Sometimes it's hard to decide.
Loralei I'm glad your swimsuit experience wasn't as bad as you thought and good for your mom staying in that long without a lot of pain. That is the important thing.
Audrey Good luck with selling your china.Your dinner does sound good.
Ann I'm glad you had a good time with friends last night.
June I don't have any old PP cookbooks. I don't cook by recipe anyway.Right now I'm just working in my regular foods into the PP point system and so far it's working.I'm not trying to lose any more.I'm just wanting to see if this is a better plan for me to maintain on.
Bee I like your willingness to not accept food from your family because of the high sodium.I don't like foods with a lot of salt.Sometimes after we eat out I feel like I need to flush out a salt bomb.
Ann Chocolate brown sounds really pretty for the master bath.I walked in the wind but it wasn't pleasant but today if the sun comes out I may try another walk especially if the wind calms down some.It does feel good to be planned and tracked.
We plan to leave for church in about an hour.We will come home to eat and then empty trash for tomorrow's pickup.I plan to ride the recumbent bike for 25 minutes and hopefully get a walk in but if not I will do a second 25 minutes on the bike.I am also planned and tracked and plan to drink plenty of water today.
Have a good day everyone.

Bee j The Daytona racetrack has so many restaurants and shops adjacent to it. Easy to walk over to Oklahoma Joe''s for some smoked brisket like we did. I have been thinking about buying a package of inexpensive vinyl gloves for food preps like mixing ground meet for meatloaf or meatballs. I could reduce the amount of hand washing but I would likely go through lots of gloves when preparing a whole turkey, chicken, or turkey breast. Do not get me started on how much I bleach cooking and off prep surfaces.... That sodium gets us every time e!
Ann Sounds like you are "locked and loaded" for a OP day! The wind was bitter yesterday. DH did not take a knithat or gloves. He did not wear a sweatshirt. And so, he was miserable when we were outside during our jaunts.
Chocolate brown is a wonderful base color-- so many ways to make it look elegant, masculine, warm, country, and so on.
BTexan I see. Thx for letting me know. Maintenance IS its own special phase. And where you are inmaintenance can shift back and. Forth. That basically is my approach, too. I do, however, go into my cookbooks when I feel like I am in a rut. Good luck!

Audrey - Loved the art work. That Audrey sign is so special! Bee/June - I keep disposable latex gloves in the kitchen. I mostly use them when I am working with hot peppers, which is often, but also whenever I have to hand knead or mix. I hate having to clean under my fingernails. Same when planting or weeding in the garden. Yay Bee! You found your aware glasses! It's nice when people send you food but not when you can't get past the salt. Ann - Chocolate brown is a good base color. Hope you are successful whether from home or from shop to shop. I hope the weather is nice for walking Becky. I always prefer to be outside when possible. I'm on the fence about all the changes in the church. Senior pastor is a great sermonizer and Esther is probably my favorite bible book so that part was good. However I was not prepared for 90 minutes when I was used to an hour. They have also eliminated a couple of services, probably because of that. I'll give it a few weeks. If I'm not more comfortable, I'll try my sister's church or my best friend's church.

The antique show is March 21 to the 24th. I have given away thousands of dollars of stuff over the years. Our homeowners' association does not allow garage sales. i just can't see dropping it all off at the thrift store and I think it is a complete service for 12 about 80 years old.
