WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

Amy sorry you are having to deal with bed bugs. That's good you were able to get a nap on the couch. Hope things get better quickly.
Debbie how is your ankle doing?
Mo how are things going with you?
I ended up quitting the fitbit challenge I was doing. Long story. Anyway going to keep doing the steps on my own and work to get the 10K in each day.
My WW meeting yesterday was good.

Brenda, sorry about the fitbit challenge. But WTG with getting your 10K steps completed! You've been doing great with that!
I made it to the gym yesterday for weight lifting and the extended spinning class. Then I actually got up early this morning in time for the 5:45am spinning class at the gym! I decided to go this morning in case the roads were bad after work today. With lake effect snow you never know how bad it's going to be until it happens.
My foot continues to improve. I think the podiatrist will okay me for weight bearing exercise next time I go (in 3 weeks). The PT's have been doing manual work on my foot to break up scar tissue from the surgery. While it's pretty painful, it's really improving my flexibility and stability on that foot. Which has helped with my knee problems (on the opposite knee). We have now added toe raises and aided squats back into my PT workouts. I'm having less pain on the top of my foot and in the arch. I'm cautiously optimistic that I'll be walking by the summer maybe even jogging by fall.

I finally lost weight at. I am doing 4 miles on treadmill ignorer to eat more. 1.8= 136 minutes. 5 of 8 segments doneI already have 11,000 steps probably will get more.
