* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

I am going to "eat the elephant" five minutes at a time...
five minutes on air walker yesterday plus other things...the goal is that when my daughter arrives I will be able to hike the qadisha valley with her...five minute gains daily should see me ready. Ten minutes today is the goal.

Ooooof I think I ate the ear of an elephant in the form of pizza last night. Oh well pretty tasty. Good to have goals. I rode bike 45' to Yoga and did 60-' of yoga yesterday.
