Half an Omelet with half a slice of dry Wheat Toast. Coffee with Coffee Mate. I have found eliminating butter and jam and many little packets of 1/2 and 1/2 in my coffee is many calories I now save for something more satisfying.

crownlady, here is my recipe. There are different ones but I like this one the best.
1 cup Kodiak buttermilk pancake & waffle mix 1 cup sugar free applesauce 1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix altogether. I added fresh blueberries but you can add any fruit you want or none. Pour into a 6 cup muffin tin sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees. Approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
1 muffin = 2 s/p's 2 muffins = 3 s/p's
