How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

It is 50 Fahrenheit inside the house and I am bundled up. It is 40 outside. More rain is in the forecast. Hope the weather will be okay for my daughter and she will arrive safely Tuesday night. We took the cat and I stayed with her. She was dehydrated so finding a vein was not easy. She is at peace and now buried somewhere on our land. The tortoiseshell cat that rode in the car from Beirut with her almost 8 years ago is still with us and WILD this morning.
Cindy: Brrrr...stay warm and as active as the cold weather allows. My husband feels much less active on gray days - say the sun is needed to make him active.
Bob: setting up the bike to ride inside sounds WISE! I can't imagine driving or walking in Portland at the moment. My sister says they went to an Appalachian Christmas concert and saw cars scattered all over. She was thankful to have her car - boxy discontinued Honda of some sort - says it worked in Iowa and she hopes it never conks out. Stay safe and warm!
Louise: The vet's office was busy on Saturday but they fit us in. I think they are one of the best around but a drive away - took maybe an hour to get there. My sister's vet came to the house for them at least once if not twice to have a couple of their dogs put down. It would have been nice BUT it all worked out in the end.

(((Cathy))) I'm glad your cat is at peace now. I do know how hard it is when we have to say good-bye.
Yesterday I walked the supermarket. That's about it. Today won't be much better.
