That's a great quote and something I needed to hear today.
For one thing, I'm keeping that quote in mind, remembering I can't control how others will act/react, but being true to self is a good path.
And, attaching that to health and wellness - remembering to be especially aware to avoid turning to food when not hungry. (breath, write it out, etc).

Finding the positive in situations can definitely change your mindset. This is my weekend that I work at the food bank. That always gets me out of my own problems and more thankful that I have a job, a house, plenty of $$ for food, etc.
My plan is to stay on track and be as active as possible considering there is a 100% chance of rain both Saturday and Sunday. Perhaps I will break out my Wii games.

1. I copied the quote and printed it in a nice font. Now all I have to do is figure out how to get DH to read it...
2. I tracked my week (I had already entered some meals, but I finished including pre-tracking dinner). Almost everything was SF. I think I used a total around 5-ish points... My WI is next Friday at 6:30 a.m. I usually stay very close to my goal weight, but clothing adds about a pound, so I pay very close attention during the last almost two weeks to be at least 1 pound below... (Yes, I know, there's a leeway of 2 pounds...)
