* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

15 consecutive minutes on air walker with a few minutes break on elliptical...elliptical requires more effort
Today's goal is 20 minutes...might break that up...we will see.

Walking on air! "You go girl!" as they say. I do mean that in the best way. Our weather is just odd. It has been unseasonably cold of late. They say normal highs this time of year in relatively mild Portland should be in the 50s. It has been in the 40s on average of late and my pole snap peas although healthy looking are just sitting there as they like 50 degrees or so to grow more.
Yesterday rode to yoga for 45' of biking and 60' class.
