At first I wondered if the math was correct. Then I thought, "An hour is not that much all in all" Last I thought, "An hour at a time can be spent quickly if it is spent on a list of things."
Mom once told dad after he finished medical school and had purchased something for 100 dollars...only a portion of his pay...that one hundred dollars here and there adds up quickly. Not sure where I am going with this thought but she meant not to spend it on frivolous things and I am thinking that could be said of our time, too...maybe? That said...we should make time for the important things and exercise just might be one of those important things.
