Down .7 this week. I didn't track but stopped the feeding frenzy & went back to eating like I did on PointsPlus. Since all I wanted to do this week was stop the gain, I was pleased to see a loss.

Dodged a gain this week, but barely. My goal for this week is the water. My skin is insanely dry so that seemed like a good place to start?

Water for sure but also start using Vaseline during winter months! That stuff will cure any winter dryness.

down 1.2 this week. FInally able to walk more and added more veggies. Happy with myself. Now, to keep it up. Feeling like poo right now so hope to be able to cook this weekend.. Glad February is behind me.. it was not kind! lol

I think I gained a pound this week. I sort of forgot to weigh myself and sort of didn't feel well enough to do it. I'm not sick, just feeling icky.
Everybody has done such a great job this week! Yay to you all! Good weight loss!
