CL95D7, K8:30-2. Working my way down to 8:00 slowly but surely.
I did obey the K8:30 rule tonight which I'm sure eliminated a lot of unnecessary snacking.
NJ family left after dinner. DS and DGK Columbus at the motel tonight. Hudson will be delivered at 8 AM so DS can hit the gym. We're planning on a Hibachi luncheon before they pack up and are on their way home. Best weekend ever.

Good morning. I got 8 miles in yesterday, knowing that I’d be running indoors today due to weather. I wanted to have the option to cut today’s run a mile short. The weather yesterday was crazy. Winds were about 25 mph in the morning, temp was 55°. I went to the park so I could run the 1.75 mile loop, that way my time running into the wind would be broken up. It started to sprinkle right after I finished, and two hours later the temp was down to 32°. Winds continued to accelerate, gusting up to 60 mph. All in all, still better than the weather in Kathy’s neck of the woods.
Eating was decent, though a bit snacky. I never got to the grocery store this weekend.
Nancy, what a weekend you’ve had. I’m so happy for you. Funny about the ring sized. Nice that you have an extra few hours with Hudson and DS.
Kathy, Alex is a junior, so I have another year to watch him play his sports. Not sure what I’ll do when it’s all over. Makes me sad. Yay for your six mile walk! How’d you make out with th cinnamon rolls? Congrats on a great WI!
Lori, what on your meal plan for the week?

C39. D16. OP. Tracking. Exercising.
Nancy - so glad you had the best weekend ever! :-) So nice to have your family home and to celebrate DH's birthday! And good job on KC at 8:30. Enjoy your time with the family today. Too funny that he knew about the ring from the ring sizer order - so hard to keep secrets with the Amazon accunt! lol.
Jan - so glad you got in a run outdoors! Timed that perfectly. The storms has calmed here, but it is -12. Just grateful that all are safe and warm. School is delayed 2 hour here this morning - both of my boys have been in school, together ONE DAY, since January 23. But during this time there have been 3 sick days - 1 at a time. All the other days have been school delayed, released or closed. It's not that hard on me - DH runs the plow and the snowblower (and by snowblower - I mean the kind that hooks on the tracker and could chew up a cow- huge and scary). He's out now and I"m by the fireside with a cup of coffee, dog at my feet, and writing this note to my online friends.
Lori - glad you had a good weekend too. The cinnamon rolls were no problem - I'm not sure why that is?? But I had one and was completely satisfied. I bake cinnamon rolls a couple times a month and that is not a trigger food for me.
All - I was friends with Jane on FB and now I cannot find her. I would like to know that she is doing ok. Is anyone still in touch with her? h
Do you all know this check in is among the few things I do for myself, and just myself, each day? It makes me happy.
Take care!
Kathy

Good Morning,
Well last night DH went over to a neighbors and I found myself looking for snacks (don't know why that is, it's like he's not here, let me eat....so crazy, I am my worst enemy...) I had a few girl scout cookies that have been there for weeks and more unplanned low point snacks that were not necessary - just glad it didn't turn into a full-binge. I'll be following MFP today!
Nancy, What a Wonderful Weekend!! A time you will always treasure!! So hard to keep secrets...Enjoy the rest of your family time today!! So happy for ALL of you!! and yes, I make the crunchy pita then I stuff - last night was chicken sausage, peppers and onions! Jan, Great timing on your run!! That wind was crazy last night!! This week, I have leftover Steamed shrimp w/chinese veggies, I made mushu with edamane and cauliflower fried rice(I put some mushu in an egg roll wrapper and air fried), so I egg rolls. I also made Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella chicken sausage (4pts), peppers & onions, zucchini noodles. For DH, I made a pot roast in the crockpot and Tortellini and Broccoli plus he has leftovers...We should both be set for the week. Kathy, -12 is way too cold...but I like hearing how you are spending your morning, checking in makes me happy also!! That's great that the cinnamon rolls are not an issue for you...I haven't been on FB much lately, didn't realize Jane hasn't been posting..I also hope all is well...
Have a great day everyone!!

Kathy, DH also does our plowing and I’ve only shoveled walkways once this year. I just can’t imagine not getting outside on a regular basis because of extreme weather. Re: Jane, very odd. She’s no longer in my friends list and I couldn’t find her when I did a search. I hope she’s ok. Maybe I’ll see if I have her email.
Lori, I find myself fighting the urge to snack when I’m alone also. Glad you kept it under control.
