1. journal every BLT in my journal and on MFP 2. cook a pot of beans and a grain for the week ahead 3. focus on the ghg's with variety at every meal

1. Make the pot of soup I didn't make yesterday. 2. Clean my counter tops. 3. Eat mindfully and journal what I eat.

1, Get my rump up & get it moving, no more spending days in my recliner! 2. Resist the snacks at the movie theater today. 3. Close the kitchen at 7 pm.

1. drink water 2. move frequently, don't just sit (it is yet another day of school closed because of weather, so I'm home for the day) 3. keep a positive attitude (by recognizing the frustrations of the weather, disruptions, etc, but moving on and beyond!)

We woke up to 14 inches of snow. We NEVER get snow like this here in the valley. Police are saying stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary, so no work for me today. I did go out twice and shake the snow off the trees as it is very wet, heavy snow and the trees are taking quite a bend. Cinders got 1 paw into the snow and turned around and hasn't been out since.
No morning walk but did 1 mile walk on Youtube and will do another one in a bit, so I can get in my steps.
Soup in the crockpot. Bean and a hambone and carrots, onions and potatoes. Just remembered I have some celery I should add.
Staying away from snacking. Usually I am at work and only have so many things to snack on. Here I have a whole kitchen. Been staying out of there.

Thanks for sharing everyone. I was glad i’d committed to getting to Curves because I did make it. I also avoided refined sugar. Making small commitments worked today.
