* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

Hmmm. missed a couple of days. Rode 45' to yoga on Thur for hour class. Fri walked 75' and rode bike 60' with 6 snowflakes. Saturday rode to Skyline for 100' bike ride in Hills and to gym. 35' in gym. Sunday rode to WW meeting in near freezing weather.
