⭐ No Excuses ⭐
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. If you give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS too! YES, you CAN

I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.

Good to remember when temptations call from the kitchen...wish I had adjusted my sails and gone upstairs to bed rather than stay downstairs and take in more calories than planned.

Very fitting. We've had gale force winds since Sunday. Normal this morning it seems, but very cold. I'm trying to adjust my sails to my dramatic change in routine/schedule, or rather the lack of a schedule. I hope to be able to do more soon and am setting mini goals, like at the 2 week mark, and then the 4 week mark. After that I think I will get into a nice groove if everything proceeds well. Got out for P/T in the AM yesterday and Mah Jongg last night. I'm dependant on others for transportation but when I get my wings back (literally) I can get more steps in. I start out my days eating pretty well and then at night I go off the rails. It can't continue. Why am I abusing food? Adjusting my sails could mean making healthier choices even if I'm still eating more often, or writing out meal planning like I used to, or tracking again rather than tracking a gain. Something has to get my fuse relit and motivate me and it must come from me. I guess that's the "why". It's hard.
