Even with 2 b-day celebrations as well as a pot luck at church in between. I kept tracking every bite, lick and taste. With only 2 days left in February my chart is full of blue dots. I can finish the month on a win.

This week I had more good than bad days and did write everything down even if not in exact amounts. I need to plan more and get out the measuring spoons and cups

My weigh in is the first Friday of the month, so it doesn't matter to me that we're ending a week; I'm not ending my "week" until after Friday morning at 6:30...
I started tracking activity and food about a week or so ago. I did it mostly because my leader asked me privately if I had been and then she talked about the points (although they're not called "points") you "earn" that can go toward redeeming "prizes" of various sorts. She didn't harp on it, but I had already noticed I'd earned 50 whatever-they're-called for going to her meeting each Friday... so I've been paying more attention to tracking my activity and food...

My week went fairly well. I did not overeat and stayed away from the more "pointy" foods. I'll be focusing more on eating more vegetables and cutting back on my small indulgences like Dove chocolates as a part of my evening snack, and having no more than 2 and not having them every night. I'll use grapes in their place.

My week has been fair, a few good days & a few bad ones, I went to my meeting last night, enjoyed the meeting & picked up a tracker for this week. I have started on it today.

I'm glad I chose the goal I did for this round. I can't say that I've got a firm "why" in my head, but being mindful and thinking about what's important in the long run is helping me make better choices. I have been too quick to turn to sugary snacks when feeling that "everything" is going wrong. It feels better to think more about what I'm eating and feel better (mentally) about my choices at the end of the day, week, and so on.
I've turned to an old idea from WW past - Mental rehearsing - when I know it's going to be a tough work day...envisioning what I want to avoid and how I'll feel better about my choices later.
