b-one egg omelet w/ cheese and onion, 1% milk l- tuna sandwich, light pringles, sugar free pudding, water d- chicken, yellow/orange peppers, onions sauteed, diced tomatoes over pasta, with parm cheese unsweet tea
sn- banana, grapes
exercise- walked at school, walked dog pm- 8668 steps
