Glad the eye continues to do well, Bee Good job yesterday Cathy but yes, 4 a.m. is quite late. I get up at 4:45 a.m. LOL MJ - It must have been extremely stressful because that isn't really like you. It will all get straightened out I'm sure. It will just take time. Glad your parents are holding stable at the moment June. Enjoy that breakfast. I have a pretty light day at work today, mostly payroll related. I'll spend a little time searching out some steals and deals for Las Vegas next month. I already booked a 50 minute massage and 50 minute facial for that Friday on a Groupon and I got us tickets to see Defending the Caveman my first night. My friend was able to renegotiate the hotel rate and got it down to less that 1/2 the original amount!

Susi,It's not so hard to plan and track my menus since they seem to be the same cycle of menus.LOL.French onion soup sounds so good.
Bee I'm glad the eye is doing well.Enjoy your coffee and the jumble.Enjoy the great grands.
Cathy Great goals for today.
MJ I'm sorry the medstuff and insurance still aren't settled.I hope it doesn't take long.I don't blame you for not paying WW again.I have stopped paying them as well but I use Itrackbites.
June Where I have my recumbent bike in the living room there's not enough light to read either but at least I can watch TV to pass the time away.
Ann I'm glad you could sleep in again. The past 2 mornings I couldn't sleep past 4:30.I do go to sleep early so it's not too bad I guess.I'm sorry the meetings you used to enjoy are gone. It's good to be at peace with your decision to go once a month for LT status.
LaDonna Enjoy catching up with friends.I'm glad today shouldn't be too busy at work.
June I'm glad your parents are about the same.Hopefully the decline won't get worse. It's hard to see that I know.
The propane on our gas stove went out just as I was about to cook.My DH wants to wait for a warmer day to get the propane so will use the electric skillet until then. It's actually bigger than my regular skillet anyway.I am getting my hair trimmed today and I want to go by Walmart to see if they have a coffee maker to use if ours goes out.The current one doesn't get the coffee as warm as it used to.
Have a great day all.

Becky I was told that the coffee makers reduced the temp as people were complaining of it having a burn taste. What I do is nuke my cup while it's perking.

Will not likely get a walk today as I'm leaving right after work to meet my friends and won't be home until after dark. Becky, I also need fit in a hair trim soon...great job with your preplannin! Susi, Ann yall are making my mouth water with all this delicious soup talk! Susi yours sounds great too! too bad I'm way down here in SC Trip sounds fun I know you enjoy Vegas! Sounds like a good choice LaDonna. Yes, I am likely to go to Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill again although Guy Fierri has a place in the hotel I am staying at.

This afternoon we take our dog to the vet to have her stitches removed. No more collar, so she will be delighted. It’s been a long two weeks.
The sun is out and the sky is blue. I continue to be willing to be willing. Aiming for blue today to end February totally blue. Have a great day everyone.
Have a great day everyone.

I slept all night but tummy hurt so could not eat all of my breakfast. After the dentist appointment, which was so good because his cute young son was filling in while on break from orthodontist school in Atlanta, I went to TJ for a few groceries and bought a banana and light pita chips. I had just 8 chips and with the banana soothed my stomach. Restaurant lunch was hot tea with lemon and honey, a small bowl of chicken orzo soup and a hot roll with a pat of butter. I am so much better. I was ODing on antibiotics taking amoxicillin for the dental work on top of the Z pack pill. Not a good idea but better now. Glad I checked the club minutes from last month. New member meeting was last week so I am relaxing at home and can just call them regarding luncheon attendance. bee glad the eye is healing well and you are no longer scary for the great grands @diva Medicare insurance is a pain but you will figure it out ann dinner sounds great cathygeha I am happy you ate moderately yesterday It is just like Bee at Bible Study with the aisle of snacks. We need to find that willpower to enjoy social events without harming ourselves Everyone else hope the day is going well We have a lot of clouds but I don't think we will get rain. Chance of rain this weekend. I can remember working when it rained every single weekend in the spring.

Ann Thanks for the information on the coffee makers. We have had ours a little over 2 years and sometimes it doesn't even make the coffee the first time we flip the button.Lately it just hasn't been near as warm.I looked at Walmart before I had seen your post and they were all more expensive than I wanted to pay until I know for sure this one has gone out completely. My DH nukes his coffee after we have unplugged the maker and comes in later and wants some but I use an insulated cup so that wouldn't work.
LaDonna Enjoy your meal.I did need the hair trim and it feels so much better.
Pam I hope your dog is doing better.
Audrey I'm glad the banana soothed your tummy.Do you think it was upset because of the pills you have been taking?
We started out at 37 degrees, cloudy and drizzly this morning. It's 41 now and still cloudy and may still have some drizzle but it shouldn't be much.I realize 41 to some of you probably feels like a heat wave but with the wind it feels chilly out there.

susiq25679 we are going to Las Vegas March 10-13. Bob was invioby a group he represents. I am on my own when he has meetings and will shop, people watch etc. Wish we were there at the same time. I’m making Bobby Flay’s bechamel sauce to top the moussaka I bought using 2% milk and less sauce. Las Vegas is good for Fresno shoppers because our weather is similar. Nordstrom and Dillard’s which we don’t have are both good.

Dang Audrey. That would have been awesome! Possibly in the late fall, DS and I may be looking at Napa or possibly Lodi.
