* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

OK Monday and Wed were snow days. Monday snow not too deep so rode to batteries plus store for 45'. Tuesday rode 45' to yoga and did 60' of yoga. Also rode Tue to battery store for 25'. Wed I rode stationary bike in gym for 30' and did 30' of weights. Late in p.m. rode hybrid to home depot and snow was gone.
