B: breakfast taco (egg and chorizo in a "cut da carb" flatbread); coffee L: veggie salad w/Italian dressing (did you know that the Birds Eye steamfresh line makes an excellent marinated veggie for salads? Just microwave and drain well, toss with a little dressing and refrigerate overnight I like the Birds Eye Steamfresh Mixtures Broccoli Carrots Peas Chestnuts blend) D: House Tofu Shirataki noodles with pasta sauce; salad
